About Anna

Anna is a registered Trans-Tasman Trade Marks Attorney and seasoned IP Administrator, bringing over 17 years of experience to the Integrated IP team. With a strong background in both private practice and in-house legal teams, Anna has developed a deep understanding of trade mark protection, prosecution, and portfolio management.

She began her IP career at a specialist firm in Perth as a database administrator before moving to Herbert Smith Freehills in 2008. There, she supported the Perth-based Trade Marks team as a trade mark paralegal for eight years. Anna later joined the in-house legal team at National Australia Bank as a trade mark attorney, gaining first-hand experience in managing IP portfolios for one of Australia’s leading financial institutions.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and E-Commerce from Curtin University and a Master of Professional Communications in Interactive Multimedia Technology from Edith Cowan University. She also holds a Diploma in Trade Mark Law.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys baking, reading, playing piano, and spending quality time with her family.
