The merger is the culmination of a long-standing relationship between our firms, built on decades of collaboration, and we are excited to formalise this partnership to enhance our services. This strategic acquisition completes our coast-to-coast expansion broadening its footprint across Australia and New Zealand, with its office network now spanning Sydney, Perth, and Auckland. The combined firm will be operating as Integrated IP.
