About Joe

Joe is a highly experienced Patent Attorney having worked in private practice and in-house roles. His time in private-practice spans 10-years with 2 large law firms and a specialist IP firm. In addition to Joe’s extensive experience with patent drafting and procurement work, he has been involved in major IP litigation between two multi-nationals. More recently Joe’s in-house roles have involved devising and executing IP strategy, building and maintaining large patent/IP portfolios, and working with external counsel to align IP with commercial objectives.

Joe’s PhD in physics allows him to work across multiple fields being particularly adept in gaming, electronics, computing, and software technologies. Joe assists a wide variety of clients from local start-ups to foreign multinationals on IP matters involving a diverse range of technologies.
